DTH Hammer Drilling Rig Tools Simple Structure Reliable Work Low Air Consumption

2. The anchor drill rod is mainly adapted to the demand of the submerged hole hammer impact rotary drilling, and has the advantages of large rigidity, good sealing performance and external flatness, and the advantages of low torque and low resistance during rotation. It has various specifications such as φ73 and φ89.
3. The eccentric heel drill pipe and casing can be used with the DTH hammer, which is an effective method to overcome the complicated formation drilling such as loose, broken, sand and gravel. It can be applied to drill holes requiring casing retaining wall from horizontal to vertical, and is widely used in construction of anchor holes and drainage holes.
DTH hammer,it is used for breaking the stratum which contains a lot of rocks.It realizes vibration and shock through compressing the air,it is also called down the hole hammer.This product is a device which can create impact effect.Its basic structure is composed of valve mechanism,internal cylinder,external cylinder and piston.DTH hammer matched with all kinds of anchor drilling rods and casings,can be used in eccentric or concentric drilling.
The drilling effect is high and hole quality is good,the piston of the hammer always contact with drill bit.

Series valveless type down-the-hole (DTH) pneumatic hammer features simple structure, excellent performance, reliable work, convenient maintenance and low air consumption.
Complicated air distributing mechanism in hammer is abolished and replaced by simple air distribution flue, which can reduce the air flue flow length, and accompanying with lowering loss of air pressure,in addition, it also utilizes the mechanical work converted from expanding compressed air helping the decrease of compressor capacity and weight, as well as energy consumption. These features assure that this series of hammer can be used at mountain area or poor transportation site.
QCW series hammers make highest drilling effectively under medium-high air pressure condition, as a result of full utilizing expansion work, although it is designed and manufactured for low pressure condition.
