Tilt Hitch Excavator Attachment Easy Disassemble Reliability Safety Quick Change
Quick Coupler allows for fast changes of excavator attachment in minutes,such as bucket,broken hammer,excavator grab,etc,expanding the use of excavator.Made of high-strength material, applied for all kinds of excavator models (3-45 tons).
Using manhandle drive,cotter pin locked,push reversing,especially applicable to the excavator parts with large difference centers.
It can change the accessories without disassembling the pins and axles,thus realize faster installation.
Diver’s cab has been installed with an electrical driving system,the production cost is saved while the hydraulic pressure is driven by electricity. The operator can turn on and turn off the quick hitch in the driving room.
One way non-return protection system: every cylinder is installed with a safe non-return valve to make sure the quick hitch can work normally if the oil-passage and circuitry are cut.
Safety pin protection is customized based upon different parameter of every excavator to make sure that the quick hitch can still work normally if the cylinder goes wrong.
